Warranty policy for work produced by Nectar.

The warranty is intended to correct manufacturing defects against the approved scope and specifications.

Coverage

Coverage applies to defects attributable to Nectar's production process when a part or deliverable materially differs from approved specifications, files, sample, or scope.

Report and evidence

Report visible defects within 5 business days of delivery to contacto@nectartech.com.mx. Include the quote number, description, photos, and retain the part for evaluation.

Evaluation and remedy

Nectar will review the case and, when applicable, determine a reasonable remedy through correction, replacement, repeat service, credit, or refund applicable to the affected item.

Exclusions

Coverage excludes normal wear, impact, improper storage, incorrect installation or use, third-party modifications, client-provided files or dimensions, and operating conditions not disclosed before quoting.

Prototypes, tolerances, and materials

Prototypes validate decisions and may show process-specific variation. Tolerances, strength, color, texture, outdoor behavior, or special performance are guaranteed only when defined and approved in writing.

Shipping and returns

Shipping damage must be documented upon receipt. Do not return parts without instructions. Nectar will state whether collection, inspection, or additional evidence is required.

Limits and rights

The remedy is limited to the affected item and excludes indirect losses unless required by applicable law. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
