Technical process details

The 100W CO2 table with a 244 x 144 cm work area is the main route for sheet cutting and engraving, signage, displays, and larger flat parts.

The xTool F1 Lite is used for compact engraving and fast personalization on small pieces or compatible objects.

Nectar does not present this as every kind of industrial laser capability: the scope is limited to the current 100W CO2 table and xTool F1 Lite.

Edge quality, engraving contrast, and feasibility depend on thickness, thermal behavior, size, and expected finish level.

Typical outcomes

  • Displays
  • Signage
  • Engraved pieces
  • Flat components

What you can request

  • Signs, displays, custom boxes, decorative parts, templates, stencils, and packaging.
  • Plaques, awards, acrylic cutting, logo engraving, and personalized gifts.
  • Metal cards, identifiers, QR codes, marked tools, and compatible promotional objects.

What we need to quote

  • DXF, SVG, PDF, AI, or reference image.
  • Final dimensions, material, thickness, quantity, and whether cutting, engraving, or both are required.
  • For customer-supplied objects: material, photo, engraving area, and piece count.

Important limitations

  • Not every material is laser-compatible; PVC and toxic-fume materials are not cut.
  • Maximum thickness depends on material, power, edge quality, and allowed machine time.
  • Engraving contrast depends on material, coating, color, and object geometry.
